Hosting, surfing, giving, recieving & sharing experiences, emotions, dreams, hopes, living space, recipies,strawberry daiquiri & languages (mostly hello, cheers and "bad" words though :D)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We hosted a lovely couple from Canada Bart&Ewa and had a great time... (loads of wine, food & culture exchange :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

ok lets see...
music:
80's: Rock bands (U2, depeche mode, echo & the bunnymen, REM, David Bowie...)
90's: brit pop mostly (PULP, James, isnpsiral carpets, Moby, placebo, sultans of ping, soup dragons...)
after that: everything that sounds nice in my ears from dance music @ some point (oakenfold, Digweed, tiesto..) to more chill out sounds nowdays. Still it's the 90's and indy music that had the greatest influence over me. I can listen 2 any kind of music though (except greek pop music!!!)

movies: i 've watched thousands of movies from the best 2 the worst. I like watching movies that have something 2 say, but i'll watch brainless action movies just 2 have a good time as well. Some titles (just 4 the income from amazon :-) ) All Tim burton's movies, La haine, clerks, hero, crouching tiger hidden dragon and so many more..

anime: love all japanesse anime (except the devilish demons rapping highschool girls ones :-D) especially Hayao Miyazaki's films (mononoke, spirited away, howl's movin castle)

Books: I love reading a good book but can't do it unless i have peace of mind and time, 2 things missing from my life the last years... so 4 the amazon once more i'd have 2 say tolkien's silmarillion and the hillarius Douglas Adams'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and last chance 2 see.

Comix: Big sucker 4 comix also

TV shows: the only 2 good shows i've seen the last 10 years maybe would b sponge bob and samurai jack, both animated. (don't really like TV)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm good with all techy stuff (PCs, internet connections, networks, emule) and can help u out if u have a prob.
I also have a basic knowledge of guitar and snowboarding which i'll b glad 2 share, but don't expect pro level :-D
