Overview
About Me
We lead with the heart of a servant.
We serve with the heart of a king.
Grown-ups like numbers. When you tell them about a new friend, they never ask questions about what really matters. They never ask: What does his voice sound like? What games does he like best? Does he collect butterflies?.
They ask: How old is he? How many brothers does he have? How much does he weigh? How much money does his father make?
Only then do they think they know him.
Le Petite Prince
And we have come to know and believe the love that God has for us.
God is love; whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
1 John 4:16
Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace.
Then the God of love and peace will be with you.
2 Corinthians 13:11
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

normally, I contact friends / friends of friends on my travels. I now want to try out this page to meet people I don't know yet and to get a snapshot of how they live culturally and personally.

Music, Movies, and Books
way too many that are very helpful or superbeautifully written...
for example "keep your love on" or "EQ" (emotional intelligence) or "vaterherz gottes"
or novels like "the book thief".
I really enjoy movies too, though nowadays, most of them are crap.
some I think are not: city of god, le fabuleux destin d'amelie poulin, trash, slumdog millionaire, ...
I prefer documentaries though because they're about real life and give food for thought and dialogue. for example: the cleaners, terra, ...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
let's dialogue about it.
all the funny the stories shared around it is what makes it waaay cooler than just putting a list down here.
Teach, Learn, Share

and it will be a good one! :)
algo que siempre me encanta practicar es my espanol, claro!!
topics I love to learn about too are: alternative teaching, tiny houses, natural remedies, etc.
I can share with you my every day life.
really, it depends on how we get along and what both of us feel comfortable and interested in.
