I can tour around guests if time permits

Here are the house rules:

- I can only host on weekends
-on weekdays, you need to leave as I leave and arrive at night time as I work in the day time 9-6 :)
- no smoking in the room
(You can do that in the balcony)
- just be considerate, i don't like stinky smell, dirty place or messy things
- you'll buy me a beer :)
