About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To fully live the gift of each present moment genuinely, zestfully & to the greatest extent possible- eliminating any future regret.

ABOUT ME

Extremely Eclectic (Pisces on the Cusp of Aquarius- with Aquarius also Rising) Pleasure enthusiast. Thrill-seeker. Rational. Humbly Intelligent.

Deeply Value Virtue and Nobility. Passionate. Emotive and Philosophical. Deeply Understanding, Empathic & Intuitve.

Love Learning New Concepts & sharing ideas/ thoughts about random things with people. Tolerant and Understanding.

Witty- Very Sarcastic and Funny... I thoroughly enjoy Laughing until my stomach aches!
I don't take life too seriously, yet I take it seriously enough to consistently attempt not to negatively impact myself or others that cross my path ...at all costs.

Very Aware and Spiritually-oriented. Intensely Receptive to the very real magic that exists all around us (that is, when & IF we can conquer our pervasive human reluctance to fully open up our senses to the many possibilities that naturally exist).
______________________________________________________
[More consisely speaking: DUALITY rules my experience; AMUSEMENT pumps my heart- while LAUGHTER pulsates my veins; POSITIVITY nourishes my soul; BEAUTY (and ART of any kind) quickens my senses; CURIOUSITY permeates my thoughts; The Arts and the NATURAL WORLD beckons my imagination and unimagined potential]
Also, Good Food & Tasty Wine fills my belly ;)
And Last but certainly not least: I'm always up for memorable Adventures. Cheers!

PHILOSOPHY

Main philosophy is:
"If not now, WHEN?"

Additionally:
"Do unto others as you would have done unto yourself. Harm noBODY & noTHING intentionally."

Last:
"Live totally the gift of each moment, and thrive tactfully & artfully; and relentlessly pulsate with innocent curiousity & pursue what you love in life with child-like vigor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I have had the pleasure of being hosted/ surfing- which was one of the greatest experiences of my life (thanks Greg btw). Eventually I will host anyone who seems genuine and who has pure intentions. I can't wait to host one day (hopefully soon).

Interests

Oh my!... okay...HERE GOES!
Too too too many to list here but:

Traveling, spontaneous road trips, architecture, anthropology, the sciences, photography, scenery, hiking, exploring, laughing, movies/ cinema, art, MUSIC! (making/ playing and listening), beaches, caves, outdoors, reading and learning, developing close friendships & relating to, sharing, and learning from fellow human beings (and animals of course), cooking & creating new food ideas, the health/ medical field(I am an EMT planning to evetually become a doctor)(I should also add that I would love to become a composer/ producer of my own music too eventually), nutrition, being active, and having FUN!
I love life and living it up to the fullest potential!

We all should live fully now; later, we all will die at some random point- and whenever that later happens for each of us ought never matter.
I value rigorously seeking & absorbing the knowledge each precious moment offers me -like a parched sponge, lost and roaming an enormous desert. I picture Sponge Bob-Square Pants out of his ocean element, desperate for water again. That's me. Thirsty. Always.

Music, Movies, and Books

"Bridesmaids" and "Horrible Bosses" were only SOME more recent super-duper, funny cinmatic experiences for me.
Ummmm uh yee-ah... I like way way too many movies, genres of music & books to list here, but here is a tiny sampling of my favorites so far currently from each category:

FAVORITE MOVIE EVER:
Halloween (original 1978 version- by John Carpenter)

FAVORITE GENRE OF MUSIC:
Damn there are SOOOOO MANY that I LOVE! Industiral, Indie & Electronic, and various types of Dubstep/Dance, etc currently are the types of music I most often end up pressing to listen to,...but I seriously appreciate all genres: I LOVE MUSIC! My ipod's selection is, to say the least, VERY Eclectic!!!

FAVORITE BOOK:
I love any book that will make me question myself, my beliefs, my thoughts and actions, and the world around me and contemplate the experience of life in general.
Favorote book though...hmmm...
"Into The Wild"
By author: John Krakauer, published in 1996

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

ONE AMAZING THING, hmmm???
I have driven on the highest paved automoble accesible road in North America (August of 2009): Mount Evans scenic byway, Colorado Rockies, USA (14,264 feet above sea level)!

ANOTHER INTERESTING THING I'VE DONE:
When I was only 16 years old, For more than 30 minutes, I candidly spoke at my mom's funeral on the day after New Years Day of 2002- without getting "all choked up" =) It was actually a beautiful, memorable experience of my lifetime. It was difficult; but it was a very necessary and enlightening to do for myself, the family, and my mom's spirit.

Teach, Learn, Share

TEACH:
I'd enjoy sharing to others helpful facts about nutrition and health (including mental and spiritual as well as physical health).

LEARN:
I'd love to learn more (much much more) from people about their culture, traditions, problems/obstacles/ struggles they face daily (& how they've overcome them), and I would love to learn about what others care about deeply and consider important. I also love to learn REASONS WHY people believe certain things important to them. I want to truly feel like I REALLY KNOW other people I meet.

SHARE:
Stories, Solutions, and Ideas. Also exchanging Recipes and Art/ Creative endeavors together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am unfortunately currently in a situation in which I can't host yet. This is temporary though.
