ABOUT ME

My name is Autumn and unfortunately I don't have any other siblings named winter or spring. I'm open minded and laid back. I do yoga regularly, I say affirmations regularly and I'm interested in the mind, body connection. I love to laugh and agree it is the best medicine! I love be in nature or drinking coffee in the big city.

I'm studying to be a Doula with the hopes that it will lead to a career in Midwifery.

I currently work in a health food store and I've been a tree planter among many other things. Nature is number one.
