I have not been on couch surfing for a few years but now I'm here looking for a couch, floor or back yard to put my tent at Rovaniemi, while I make some job interviews and inquiries.

I'm an American audio visual production technician who now lives in Helsinki Finland with my wife and our daughter. I do freelance jobs around Finland in my trade and I also work as a barista in Helsinki in the summer months. I used to travel quite a bit more and have been all around Europe and America. Now my travels are usually work related or sometimes for training courses for outdoor survival and bushcraft which is a passion of mine as I love to be in the nature. I am also a long time musician and singer and I've even done some acting in a short film shot in Alaska which made it's world premiere at a film festival in Toronto Canada this October 2016. I am generally happy to hang out and talk about life with new people. I am a quiet and respectful guest. I'm looking for a small space to lay my head and shower during my stay.

I've spent much time in many countries such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Brazil and have visited several other countries, and I've traveled extensively in my own country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spending two weeks in the arctic archipelago of Svalbard in January 2014 during POLAR NIGHT

camping all over Norway in July 2013 (including Spitzbergen)

spending five weeks traveling and djing around Brazil in 2004/2005 was one of the most amazing experiences for me.

Also taking the train ride from Oslo to Bergen Norway in snowy winter time.
