ABOUT ME

i am a 31 year old irish guy that has been living/travelling around the world for 9 and a half years now. i like to stay fit, so i enjoy muay thai and running. i am also a big football lover but dont play so much anymore.

i have a massive interest in economics, media and philosophy. i have a crazy habit of having to know whats going on in the markets and in the news all the time.

when i´m not reading up on boring information, i like to socialise and have fun as much as possible more so in bars than clubs so that i can get some conversation in during the night. :)
i am a big nature lover, and always enjoy long hikes in random countries and england too.. i especially enjoy camping and really dont do enough!

PHILOSOPHY

i now understand that its not all about me! its about everyone from your family, friends, community, countries and beyond. we all want to be loved and to be happy. this cannot be achieved if we are only thinking about ourselves. imagine a world where it was only you.. there would be no-one there to share your funny moments, your passions in life. that amazing night out you had.. that incredible sunset you experienced on the beach in thailand. it would be much less powerful without a photo, a friend to see it with or someone to talk about it too.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i want pretty much what i believe everyone else wants from CS, to travel around the world and meet fun, cool like minded people on a budget.
when i have my couch available i want to show surfers all that my great country has to offer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

so far i have only couchsurfed in brazil. both times it was amazing! the people and the families i stayed with were incredible. great hosts and absolutely loved showing me their cities!

i have good cooking skills. vast person development experience.(specialising in EFT) i can teach people how to play golf and pool. i can teach people salsa as i have had private lessons before. i have english teaching experience and can teach people basic spanish..
