ABOUT ME
all about "me" ? at the moment I am exploring what that means! through travel, conversation, reading, meditating and living... Its a beautiful journey finding "me" I like to think i am an open minded person, someone who believes the things that most scare you in life are usually the ones you learn and grow from the most. I am practicing cultivating compassion and raising my awarness of all there is to take in on this beautiful earth while im on it!
PHILOSOPHY
Live by:
starve the ego, feed the soul.
"Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero" meaning "Seize the Day, putting as little trust as possible in the future"
and also the wise words of Michelangelo: "Ancora Imparo" meaning "I am still learning"
I also believe for the good of your health, your mind, the planet and other lives, that the most single important thing you can do is to adopt a vegan/vegetarian diet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

work, eat, travel, repeat.
Teach, Learn, Share
"If everyone demanded peace instead of another television set, then there'd be peace."-John Lennon
i am a firm believer in the power of meditation as a tool in becoming more acclimated with your mind, to see its patterns to shape, form, shift who we are on a physical level. To bring us away from thought and be not controlled by what we assume we are but to walk past the dirt and grime of the world and uncover our TRUE selves...
does that make sense?
...i would love to learn anything you have to teach me!...
