About Me

I am a 26 year old guy who likes to be creative in everything he does. I want to discover this world by myself, so I often make rather spontaneous trips to places more or less nearby. I love to grab a bike or a car, drive somewhere and just get lost. That's how I found the most interesting places and people so far.

PHILOSOPHY

Lets get lost somewhere!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I hosted once and went out for a coffee with fellow couchsurfers, I just surfed once yet. It was a short stay in the suburbs of Moscow, Russia and I'd have stayed much longer if it had been possible. The idea of sharing couches, drinks, thoughts and knownledge is awesome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Together with my brother I drove a 4000-mile-trip from Germany over Poland, Lettland, Lithuia, Russia, Ukraine and Czech Republic. It took us one month and a lot of nerves (especially Moscow's crazy traffic made us sweat) and it was worth every gallon of diesel our 26 year old Volkswagen Bus swallowed.
Russia gave me the possibility to see lots of the most funny, disturbing and interesting things I'd ever seen.

Anyway – driving through time zones by car feels awesome.

Crossing the United States from coast to coast (twice) and seeing 15 states with hundreds of awesome people and beyond-great places was another experience of it's own.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can be pretty good at teaching people how to smile, cause that's what I'm doing most of the time - some people got disturbed by that. Also I can cook an edible vegan meal out of almost anything and under most circumstances. I can even cook stuff with meat or dairy, although I don't even know if it'll be tasty. You can probably learn from me how to cope with someone who makes a drumset out of everything...such as vegetables. It'd be cool if someone could teach me -eeeehm- unusual stuff. For example something like transforming urine into drinking water.
