I love meeting new people and this seemed like such a neat way to immerse yourself in Kiwi culture, I couldn't NOT give it a try.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Raised on country so I appreciate a good folk tune. Classic rock and 90's rock are my bread and butter. But really, I don't discriminate, so all music is good music.

Movies/ TV: I've been sucked into the Game of Thrones fan base and I can't get out, send help. Or just the next season. Also loved "The Office" (US version) and the Harry Potter movies (yes, the third was also my favorite because I'm basic like that).

Books: Harry Potter because it's a modern day classic. And anything by Mary Roach.

I'm backpacking New Zealand so, for now, this is the amazing thing that I can come up with! I'll update when I think of something else.
