About Me

Bonjour ! I'll be around Brazil for a month in November in order to bolt new climbing routes. I've been looking forward to this trip for many years now, so I'm pretty excited :)

I'll be traveling light, hitchhiking where possible and I won't have a travel guidebook, so I'm counting on you to tell me about the places to see! Usually I don't need much comfort, but I warn you that I can be grumpy before my first cup of coffee in the morning ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, I'm a bit tired of the anonymity provided by hostels. Airbnb was fun the first year or so, but then it became just like regular hotels -- dull, uniform, boring. I will probably stay at hostels when I'll need to spend some time alone, but I'd rather experience something new.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking on the Great Wall.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to play coinche and tarot which are among the two most typical French card games. With just these games, one deck of cards and three or four friends, you will find yourself spending entire nights around a table playing, and train travels won't be boring anymore.

Also, I have a fantastic BBQ ribs recipe, which I can share with you! And if you're unafraid, I can top this up with a lesson on how to prepare a Kouign Amann, which is a typical cake from Brittany that contains butter (a lot), sugar (even more), and flour (a tiny bit). Few master it on their first try, though.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Let's go climbing together! Or have drinks. Or street food. Or just any kind of food actually, I'm almost always hungry.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Cambodia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Peru, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States
