my mission in Life is to be happy, be peaceful, be loving, truthful and be helpful.. i am on a mission to experience life and share the love I feel

ABOUT ME
I'm fun loving easy going guy that loves good food, good hugs, good conversation, dancing, playing games, star gazing, biking, pretty much anything OUTSIDE.
I'm trained in Acrosage which is an acrobatic massage technique. Really fun, and therapeutic for both.
Studied Qi Gong, Lomi Lomi, Thai, and Shiatsu massage briefly. I've worked at B&B's, bakeries, diners, thrift stores, I'm even a substitute preschool teacher, so many odd jobs . I love them all for their own reasons.

Astro family: I am triple fire, double sadge and moon in leo .. or if you are into chinese astrology..i am a metal horse .. :) if you want to know a little more about me on a deeper level look those up and you should get a good idea. or of course just ask! :) no question is off limits with me.. i love sharing and hearing people's story

so far i havent participated at all :( .. but i would love to start!.. as soon as I have a couch to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies I don't watch often but do enjoy spiritual, educational,inspirational documentaries, some comedies, anime/cartoons that have some spirit,educational underlying message. i.e. ponyo, princess mononoke
Music, just about anything that i can groove too... some of my favorite artists are trevor hall, Bob Marley, dustin thomas, mamuse, peia, medicine for the people, tubby love, coyote oldman.
As far as books go I'm usually reading 2 to 3 at a time, I like to feed my mind a variety. Most often its a philosophy, spirituality, health/wellness book. Some favorite authors i can think of, alan watts, sark, khalil gibran.. . I like true stories too, usually with animals involved.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I helped build a 4D structure in Hawaii

Everyday is filled with somethinig amazing though.. one just need look around to see. I've met amazing people and been to a few amazing places too, maybe we can share some stories.

Teach, Learn, Share

i know acrosage, some basic meditations and yoga sequences/poses, template healing, spring forest qi gong, the 5 sacred tibetan rights, some fun partner stretches, I'm a wonderful improv chef I am told, you have some random supplies, I can usually make a darn good meal out of it. Any gardening or pruning or land care I can help with. Always up for sharing stories, a good laugh and or smile fest .
