I am open-minded, friendly, and a bit of an introvert. I enjoy discussing life, travel, technology, and the stock market. Sometimes deep conversations about a few topics. Spending some time in nature is one of my favorite things to do, I find peace in the surrounding nature. I will gladly share my experiences of living in India and Finland or I can go for a walk or bike ride with you. I love cycling and it has been one of my favorite physical activities to do. Others include hiking, floorball, workout, and tennis (I am a beginner though).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing in 2017, without knowing the concept, as a means to meet travelers. Later I got to know the hosting and surfing that can be done using the platform. So, I started hosting people and met some amazing personalities from various parts of the world. I still feel excited to host or surf as if it is my first time.

Music, Movies, and Books

It is hard to list everything here and many times the choices change over time. I like to watch different kinds of movies except for horror ones as they have a general theme. Some of the movies that are not very mainstream but I like are Masaan, Haider, The Dreamers, Tamasha, Birdman, Nymphomaniac, I Origins, Gangs of Wasseypur to name a few. We can watch it again if you're interested. We can discuss more movies, series, music, and books when we meet :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been fortunate to see the northern lights multiple times in Finland. I have also seen a white tiger in a zoo in India which is quite rare. Some other wonderful experiences include hiking in winter in Lapland, ice-hole dipping, sleeping under a tree and on the roof in India etc.
