About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Riches through knowledge, knowledge though travel

ABOUT ME

One word...Eclectic

PHILOSOPHY

The following quotes illustrate my philosophies on life...

"I haven't been everywhere. But it's on my list."~Susan Sontag

"Everything in life is unusual until you become accustomed to it."~L. Frank Baum

“Those who practice social justice law are essentially swimming upstream while others are on their way down. Unless you are serious about your direction and the choices you make and the need for assistance, teamwork and renewal, you will likely grow tired and start floating along and end up going downstream with the rest. We all grow tired at points…The goal is to try to structure our lives and relationships in such a way that we can recognize when we get lost and be ready to try to reorient ourselves and start over.” —Bill Quigley

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really love the concept of couchsurfing. I hope to someday be able to host people at my place. It's difficult when you basically have to couchsurf as a way of life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met many amazing people through my travels and many of them are couchsurfers. I offically couchsurfed for the first time last year and it was such a wonderful experience. My friend Joe hosts a lot and I have really enjoyed meeting everyone who stays with him.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have experienced was traveling to Ghana where I participated in a traditional Ghanaian royal funeral ceremony and cooked with the women of the village.

Teach, Learn, Share

If I know about/how to do something I am more than happy to teach. Something practical I can teach is how to make stencils.

I want to learn everything there is to know. Nothing is dull or uninteresting. I would not like to learn about pest infestations, sorry to any entomologists, haha, though that can be interesting as well.

I am big on sharing. I have literally given the shirt off of my back. I love helping people find their passions and accomplish their goals.
