About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am a citizen of the world; I aspire to learn and grow as one with the peoples of the world, bring into mine the best of what's out there, and give back the best of what we carry -each of us, in our hearts, minds, and spirit.
ABOUT ME
I'm a 27-year old is a Jordanian published writer, essayist, poet, researcher and activist.
I have relatively expansive experiences in life; spent years trying out all sorts of stuff. I'm adventurous, and my interests too in travelling are as eclectic as my taste in music that includes blues, folk, jazz, rock, metal, classical and most good quality musics. I'm into site-seeing, history, culture, nature, and socialising just as much as I am into partying.
I'd describe my self as a citizen of the world, and I don't believe in the post-WWII world we're living in today. I believe world is one, and should be made so... however, not through "globalisation". Too much politics? :P
Ok, more about me; I read a lot, write a lot, and have had a headstrong attitude about making my way through life and all its difficulties. I have travelled some, briefly, and I intend to make the most out what opportuned.
I'm a social drinker/smoker, and I romanticise about those two most "awful" and enticing habits passionately.
I'm a political activist in a place where activity prohibited, restrained, and censored when allowed.
I dont know much about the world, given -you know; THE WHOLE WORLD!! So, I aim to learn as much as I can. Be one of the world, with the world, and for the world.

PHILOSOPHY
Life I think is lived on two aspects; that which is of you, and that of yours to others. I think the earlier divorced from the latter is wasteful, tasteless, and mostly pointless.
I believe in the world, in humanity in humans, and leading a life in devotion to yourself, your principles, those you love, and others always. Moreover, I believe that life is much more than material possessions.
On that I wrote; "Life is a long tiresome journey fuelled with commitment and valour, where our every thought, passion, and value is put to the challenge of trial and depreciation.
While most of our beliefs are frail, and our battles lost, our causes are not, and neither are our lives. Fragile as they may be, they too are far from lost, and are as true as there can be truth.
Lest, were we ever to come unto the end of our days without making about change -as we very well may, at least we got to making about memories. Frail too, as most other things of life, but still our very own! Cherish them, for they are the only truth you take with you to your grave!
Just making memories!"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd like to host, although I'm between houses, and I mainly stay at my parent's to help with my father's medical misfortune. However, I'd be most capable and interested of showing people a good time around Jordan.
As for surfing, well, I'm travelling around Europe, so, why not give it a shot?
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I never couchsurfed in this sense.
Interests
Music, Arts, Literature, History, Culture, Partying, Hiking, Adventures, Camping... a lot of stuff.
Music, Movies, and Books
I dont know where to start. T.S. Eliot, Thomas Gray, Robert Burns, perhaps are the first to cross my mind when it comes to Books -as poets. It has been close to 8 years since last I read a novel. I've been overwhelmed by philosophy, political and social theory.
Movies... I'm really into movies. The Beaver, The Hours, Man on Fire, GOT, Da Vinci's Demons, The Wall, Fracture, and so much more.
Music!! From Armstrong to Avantasia... take your pick.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I watched the sun set, up on the Eye of London, high, with my sweetest Jasmine -GF at the time. Amazing thing I've done... erm... To overcome my phobia of the swimming in the sea, I jumped off a boat in the Mediterranean in the middle of a storm.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd have to learn a lot, share even more, before I start teaching. But I'm very well interested in everything. I'd learn, share, and teach people about people; culture, thought, values, beliefs and attitudes.
I would love to learn how the people from different parts of the world think and/or feel towards the world and each other. What conflicts and issues they face, how to help, what people need, and how to give.
I would want to share another perspective of the world; far from media, exposure, or advertisement. The concrete experience of identity, community, and society. What the world is truly like.
I would share my experiences in the cities I've been to, and with the people I've gone to meet. Advice where to go, where not to go, what to eat maybe, and what not, maybe. I dont know what I would share, much will come my way, and I'm sure there is much more out there.
