Hello,

I have not been active since 2014 and now once again i'm able to have this opportunity to travel and this time to Europe in 2019.

I've been teaching full time since 2014 and wasn't able to travel much except for meditation purposes.
Meeting people and to get connected to one and another has always been a humble journey for me and often time very inspiring to listen to people's stories and life experiences that truly touched their life and transformed their world view about people and about life in a deeper dimension.

I appreciate those who came to my life to fill up those learning puzzles.

Being a true, Malaysian.. the land of the delicious and exotic cuisine. I love to cook and I am more than happy to share with you some Malaysian dish and culture to you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Undeniably one of the best platform to travel and meet people and get connected in a deeper way and form friendship that is so closer to our heart.

Especially in the modern world today, people tend to forget what is it like to get connected face to face, eye to eye without the need of gadgets and i feel Couchsurfing is one of the best tool for this purpose :)

So i can teach you how to always stay in the space of tranquility no matter what happens externally. Never the external situation happens 100% we want them to, it is subject to so many influences and conditions. But our interiority is definitely 100% in our own hands. How to manage our mind, emotion, body and above all our energies is 100 % control in our hand. Otherwise we are one lousy CEO of this body.
