ABOUT ME

I'm an ex-journalist enjoying life in Bunbury and out looking to meet new people.
I like playing video games, working out at the gym, cooking, reading, journaling, writing, hanging out with friends and doing adventurous stuff.
I love music, I listen to dance and trance, plus alternative metal like post-hardcore, symphonic metal, goth metal, power metal, female-fronted metal, worship and ambient.
I love to go travelling, I go at least once a year. I have been to Germany and Czech Republic so far.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly surf others' couches when travelling. Usually try and leave them a souvenir from Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't hosted yet, but I have an overwhelming positive experience surfing others' couches. Our hosts showed us around the city, if they had time and if not, told us the best places to see and things to do. We surfed mainly with people around our age. Every host we stayed with offered a comfortable couch or bed and cooked us at least one meal. What's most rewarding is getting to know and share cultural capital with someone on the other side of the world.

Interests

In my spare time I enjoy writing, journaling, reading, playing video games, hanging out with friends, body building, playing music, watching movies, going on adventure tours (caving, abseiling, kayaking), cooking and playing Magic: the Gathering.

1. Playing in my school concert band for the National Band Championships in Adelaide.
2. Swimming with sea lions in Jurien Bay.
3. Abseiling off Witchcliffe.
4. Seeing Brandenburg Gate at night.
5. Shooting military guns at a shooting range in Prague.
6. Dry bobsledding in Prague.
7. Dining in the Dark in Hamburg.
