I am definitely an open-minded and tolerant person who loves to discover. The main reason for me to travel, I think, is to meet different people, to make new friends around the world. There is no doubt that people can tell more about culture in their countries that any bus excursion.

One of the biggest dreams I have is to travel many times around the world and to meet as many diverse people as possible.

Books:
everything written by Dostoevsky and that I have read, for example "Karamazovy Brothers"; "1984" by George Orwell (like a lot of his books too), ""War and Peace", Leo Tolstoy (read it several times, will do it again, and not ashamed to say it), "For Whom the Bell Tolls" by Ernest Hemingway, "Farewell Summer" - Ray Bradbury, "To Kill a Mockingbird" - Harper Lee, "The Art of Loving" Erich Fromm. I can list here some books by Frédéric Beigbeder and Anna Gavalda too.
As you can see, I love to read and it makes me sad I don't do it as often as I wished!

Movies:
La vita è bella, Freaks (1932), The Help, American Beauty, The Artist, 12 angry men (1957), Life in a Day, The Truman Show.
Directors I adore include Wes Anderson, Fatih Akin, Lars von Trier, Milos Forman.

And I like classical and jazz music. Not only, of course.

Obviously, I can teach you some good Russian language (what a surprise :) ). No bad words, sorry!
I can give you some drawing advice as well. And we can cook together, but here I am also eager to learn something new.

And surely I can share my time with you to show my native city and something around it. Knowledge of Saint-Petersburg history and culture, especially modern city culture, will help you to explore it and feel more comfortable here. I can also help to find the best place to live here or to eat or to party or to just walk - just ask me :) Since I have moved to another country I only can share time in St.Petersburg when I am there, but some advice I can give any time.
Moreover, now I can show you some bits of Hamburg! All from the perspective of an immigrant, of course :) Here I am for roughly 2 years now.
