Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have worked in the travel industry since I was 18. Naturally, I adopt a macro-view about travels and am very curious about why and how people travel. We might differ... (I am no backpacker. perhaps a little tourist-y even).. but the purpose of me couchsurfing/traveling remains... to learn.. to experience.. and discover the place, its people and myself.

I always aim to share a little bit of Singapore with the people that I host or surf with. Be it a small token, food, stories or just simple conversations about the world around us :)

Kick-back with a good book. TRAVEL (of course!). Occult studies. Conversations. Human Behaviour. Volleyball. Tennis. Yoga. A good laugh. PEOPLE interests me. Active-introspective stuff? (if there's even such a word. If not.. I invented it.;))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydived out of a plane in Orlando. Worked in Cambodia and traveled alone to Laos and Vietnam after. Went on the Witchery Tour in Edinburgh (IT IS SCARY OK! Haha!) Swam in the Mekong River and met many amazing people along the way!

Teach, Learn, Share

Am pretty well-versed in the Asian culture as I have travelled to most of the Asian countries. I could probably cook a dish or two and not burn down the kitchen... .. though I did set off a fire alarm in Brussels once.. but that aside ;)
