Currently based in Bonn, Germany, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people and learning new languages. I love to plan my own trips but leave room for some flexibility. I am a nature lover who likes to swim and hike.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am the type who never really appreciates staying in expensive places. I believe that in order for a person to really see the beauty of a place, he/she should interact well with the people, learn a bit of their language and culture, and quite possibly, make friends. It is very unlikely that you will get that when you stay in a hotel. Plus, I am a thrifty person when I travel so staying in hotels is out of the equation.

I like to meet new people and discover things. Most peoples' first impression about me is that I am a serious guy. I just tend to take things slow until I find it in myself that I am comfortable with the person.

兴趣

I love to sing. It is one thing that we Filipinos enjoy doing. I also love to learn new languages like Spanish and Portuguese. I find Spanish very easy to learn since some of our words in Filipino are borrowed from it. I am also studying Portuguese because I am dreaming that one day, I will be able to visit Rio and Sao Paulo in Brazil, and Porto and Lisbon in Portugal.

I like to travel solo and try new things. ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Not really one but I have listed some of the most memorable things I've done:
- Traveled solo for 2 weeks in Thailand, Myanmar and Malaysia
- Participated in the Water Festivals of Thailand (Songkran) and Myanmar (Thingyan) -- wet street parties are their thing!
- Visited El Nido, Coron and Puerto Princesa (top 3 tourist spots in Palawan, Philippines)
- Went to the site of hanging coffins in Sagada, Philippines
- Have seen some of the most amazing temple complexes in the world such as Angkor (Cambodia), Bagan (Myanmar) and Grand Palace grounds in Bangkok
- Dune bashing in the deserts of Dubai
- Went to Atlantis The Palm for FREE! :)
