About Me

I'm a student of Gender Studies with a background in Development Studies (social studies and the likes) and Economics. I'm easy going and openminded, so I'll be happy to hear whatever you have to say no matter what (but as long as you're happy to share and discuss). I'm temporally stranded in Budapest. I'll speak to you in Spanish, English and a crappy French (but it's great to practice).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a big couch in my bedroom. I've also been a guest here and there.

I find the idea of this community stupendous.

Interests

Stories! The weirder the better. I read sometimes (most times it's just what I do, even if I don't end up too passionate about it). I watch a good share of movies (artsyfarty), but I've forgotten all the actors and directors and photographers... I'm into food, but in a strange conceptual way I'll be happy to talk to you about; I don't mean going to restaurants or cooking, which I can also enjoy. Old medical stuff, like astrology and humours get me going, specially if it comes with visuals. Interspecies relations, like saving orphan baby bats from a storm or how some plants hunt flies. Clubbing, but the music should be good, or the company, aiming for both. Artsy stuff, if only to be strongly opinionated about some novelty I deem crappy. Randomness, like meeting people out of the blue and see where that gets me. I'm very openminded, I've been told, except for group sports (which I would abolish).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

I've taught a couple of things, but it happens that I don't find them very practical. If you try me out I'm sure you'll find something I can offer. I love to learn about local and/or unpractical stuff.
