Nietzsche said amor fati. define what you are going to do before designing a plan for how to do it. don't work 9-5 fearing fear is an endless loop. read things. familiarize yourself with basic ideologies, morals and values - knowledge is safety. don't be afraid to be ignorant. choose what you are willing to suffer for. don't let others tell you what to do.
