I was born and raised in the rural parts of Wisconsin of the United States. I spent most of my 20's living in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I graduated from college with a degree in Health and Wellness, focusing on spirituality and healing. I have spent some time traveling nationally and internationally. I find life so curious and have passion for creation and connection. I have interests in energy healing (Reiki & Qi Gong), and holistic modalities/medicine. I enjoy live music and dancing. I like to fix things and find solutions to problems, I am dedicated to the things I commit to. Some of my hobbies include: gardening, sewing, crafting, cooking, organizing, yoga, meditation, hiking, photography. I enjoy being outside in nature, and love being in or on the water. For the past 15 years I have worked in customer service. Along with having secondary odd jobs consisting of all sorts of work, my primary job for the past 10 years has been working as a Nursing Assistant. I have worked with the elderly in nursing homes, at an adult hospital and at a children's hospital. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and have passion toward sustainable ways of living. I am a loyal, friendly person who finds joy in life. I like to have fun and have a positive outlook in this world. I am a curious person who likes to learn whatever I can, because so much of life is so interesting. I have two cats whom I love dearly.

I like to learn from those around me and share information. I think so much of life is so interesting and the more we know the more we realize that we know nothing at all. I like to share ideas, wisdom, and experience from one another. I recently completed a Yoga Teacher Training program becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher.
