About Me
I've grown up in Melbourne, Australia studying animals my whole life and believe it is finally time to step out into the big wide world and have my own experiences, as well as sharing them with others.
I am a lover of animals, a lover of fun and the eccentricities of life. I walk to the beat of my own drum and enjoy doing things my own way. A lover of classic music, cars and clothes. I love to cook, surf, read and love love love listening to music and going to gigs.
Pay it forward is my motto and I believe that everyone can take time out of their day to do nice things for each other or for the earth.
I also believe that you can only make fun of others when you can make fun of yourself. And then everyone can laugh!
My narrow perspective of this world is only widening as I explore it more, and I endeavour to continue expanding and exploring!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I do a bit of travelling in between work and study and have found that it is much more enjoyable to spend time with a fewer number of quality people, than to spend it with lots of lesser quality people at hostels etc.
I can't wait to have my own place so that I can begin hosting other surfers!

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything from the 50's-90's. Rhythm & blues, funk, soul, and so on.
My taste varies week to week, but seems to centre around whatever I find on youtube and then obsess over the artist for the next month then ultimately get bored and find a new one. I still tend to circle back to the classic greats.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Performed surgery on animals. Nothing life-saving yet!
I'll have to keep adding to the list.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't have too many transferable skills, but I'm happy to share stories and engage with others and learn about their life experiences and what they've been through, especially what they've learned.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A lovely sense of humour, a respectful attitude, and an appreciation for your hospitality that is rare in this world.
Maybe some knowledge about animals here and there, gross farm stories.
I can cook! Not very well but can make a few basic dishes and enjoy doing it :)
