About Me

Hello everyone,
I'm a west coast boy looking to do his first big east coast travel. I'll be riding my bicycle from Savannah, GA maybe as far north as Maine this spring. Very excited!

A bit about me:
By day I work as a software engineer.
I love making music. I play sousaphone in two brass bands, Chunky Hustle Brass Band and Fresh Veggies Micro Brass. I play piano just about everyday.
I teach a couple yoga classes a week at a local climbing gym (and out in the park).
I adore food and cooking. I brew some beer myself.
I'm an early riser and have an active lifestyle. I like to climb, hike, swim, and bike.
I'm a bit of an introvert. Quiet, kind, and maybe a bit naïve. Hoping world travel will fix that one :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get to know people from everywhere. I am fascinated by how different all of our experiences can be. I believe there is a lot of learning to be done from others experiences.

Also, paying for a place to sleep sucks. I am not into that and would like to both provide and, if the occasion arises, be provided with a comfy place to sleep.
