My favourite hobby is organic farming, I have a small vegetable garden next to my house where I practise sustainable agriculture, which is something I'm really starting to look a lot more for. I love cooking italian dishes, with an emphasis on vegetarian meals. I'm also available to conduct my hosts to the best places for trekking in the mountains of Valtellina. My town is the best in traditional cooking and during winter it offers an ice rink and two ski slopes.
