About Me

I have just finished university in Maastricht and moved back to Belfast.

I have been hosted by many great people on couchsurfing in the past few years. I have made some friends from couchsurfing who I am still in contact with today.

I can show you around some of the history and politics of Belfast if I am free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel and meet new people from different places. I don't like too much consistency in life. It is sometimes nice to go somewhere new and not know why you're going or what you are going to be doing.

Travel allows us to experience life from a new perspective. I like to experience life from the viewpoint of a person living in another place and not to just be a tourist.

If I get a chance to stay with someone I will appreciate it. I have let people stay with me in return and it feels great to spend such a short period of time with someone, whilst having new experiences and learning so much about a different way of life by seeing things from another person's perspective.

"The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun. "

"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."
