About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Taking a one month trip to visit some wineries and old friends in France, heading to Israel to visit my brother, cousins and friends, and then to see my best friend in Austria.

Trying to enjoy life one day at a time and maybe look at the bigger picture every now and then.

ABOUT ME

I moved to Aspen, Colorado just about two years ago after a crazy year of traveling. Since moving to Colorado I have been trying to be outdoors as much as possible whether it's for a walk in the beautiful and sometimes hidden parks around town, trying to climb some of the big ass mountains we have or snowboarding as many days as my body and schedule can handle!

I also absolutely love to cook! I work in restaurants so lots of my friends are chefs and I'm always bothering them with questions about how they do this dish or why they do that to the dish etc.

PHILOSOPHY

Anything in moderation, even moderation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I began couch surfing as a surfer and was traveling for about a year.

Hopefully when I get settled in I can provide the same warm and local environment that has been there for me throughout my travels.

Interests

Although I grew up in a city I now have an affinity for anything outdoors. I ride my bike everywhere, rain, sun, or snow, and I took up snowboarding a couple of years ago. I also like hiking and cooking up a storm.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just spent a month traveling through Chile and Argentina. Patagonia is one of the prettiest places I've ever seen! And the Asado! (Last summer!)

A week after I randomly met someone who is now a very close friend we went to Germany, bought a Volkswagon camper van and drove 25,000 kilometers around Europe between September and April.

What I Can Share with Hosts

It's fun reminiscing about my adventures but it's much more fulfilling when I'm trading adventures and not just hearing myself talk.
