I am a tall, blond guy from Germany who wants to see the world and learn about the people in it. One year ago I finished highschool and decided that the boring office job at home could wait. So i packed up my few things and took a plane down to New Zealand. In the New Zealand all my expectations of the travel life got topped. I did all the thing i love! I went on multiple 4 day hikes through the nature. Took beautiful pictures and worked on my video editing skills. Spent countless nights talking to strangers and philosophizing about life. Met fellow travelers from all over the world and got a taste of their culture. Especially people from South America who i spent a lot of time with got me interested in there culture! So that I made the decision to investigate further and visit South America

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing got everything I am looking for. Of course its cheap and practical but it is also the best way to meet new people and get to know different cultures. I wanna sleep in a standers house even though my mom told me not to.

Music, Movies, and Books

Started the hole music thing pretty late. I like the lumineers, j cole, drake, but also classic music like the four seasons from vivaldi.

I am a slow reader. But this didn’t stop me from reading a few books. Mostly fantasy books.

I love movies and I can discuss a hole day about the meaning, the production or the story of some movies. In fact I feel like i watched so many that there are no good ones left.( of course not true)
I like quentin tarantinos movies, my favourite being pulp fiction .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked through New Zealand and by doing that good invited from a hippie lady who said I could spent the night at her place. Later that day she got drunk wither her friend so that I had to drive her home. :) In the car that was close to falling apart.
