I am in my final year of a teaching degree and can't wait to get out into the real world. I absolutely love the work I do both as a tutor, and as a beginning teacher and find myself frequently astounded by the successes that students are able to achieve when taught to think critically.

I have a passion for creative writing and am actively pursuing a career as a television screenwriter. If that should eventuate I would still want to teach.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As this is my final year of formal study, I am hoping to celebrate with some travelling and broaden my horizons before the start of the new school year in January.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a night in a cave in the Blue Mountains in the middle of winter after playing at a music festival.

Teach - English, Writing, Film/TV analysis and production (to an extent)

Learn - I really want to focus on learning French and reaching a level of fluency.
