About Me
I moved to Warsaw Poland a few months shy of a year now and I am looking to move somewhere else in the EU if my work allows me to do so. I am currently focusing on Croatia, Spain and maybe even Greece for the moment as my Polish NGO salary doesn't allow me to live everywhere :).
Now that I've settled a bit in Warsaw and in my job, I can finally start to use this vacation time and location central to many places to travel to less big cities and see what each country and it's people have to offer.

Born and raised in California and recently started traveling a lot more as of the last 5-6 years.
I currently spend a lot of time fixing up my house and managing my AIRBNB units, which is more often than not the reason I do not have any availability.
I like to stay active, I spend a ton of time with my dog (Banjo) and I like talking to and getting to know people from all walks of life.
UPDATE: I am not longer hosting couchsurfers as of March 15 2019 as I am moving to Croatia temporarily to look for nonprofit work abroad. I have decided that I want to seek work in a country that I can live comfortably with a solid work/life balance and provide aid in countries of greater need.
I have previously worked with people with intellectual disabilities (both adults and children and both with severe behavioral challenges and not) as well as working to introduce new and existing technologies to older adults in need.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Ultimately I am looking to meet new people, make new connections and see new places while experiencing new culture.

I'm looking to share my house in San Diego and connect with other couch surfers for an opportunity to travel inexpensively and meet new people.
I also am open to hosting men and women. I have found it’s difficult to find places as a man, because most hosts seem to want to use this as an opportunity to try sleeping with guests.
If you are friendly, clean up after yourself, and like big dogs, please feel free to request a night or two.
