I am an keen adventurer for all dimensions of life, eager to experience the wonderful creation of this world. I’ve spent years studying different spiritual traditions/practices, psychological models, and philosophical perspectives. I always enjoy deep conversations about life, consciousness, philosophy, and the human experience.

I’m interested in exploring consciousness, personal growth, and the many ways humans search for truth and meaning. Recently, my main interest lies in embodying awakening in everyday life—not only realising truth but living it in a grounded, human way. I appreciate many different traditions, perspectives / cultures and don’t feel tied to any single dogma. I am always curious to learn more about different cultures and what lies at the heart of every souls life, to discover what is the true calling of every soul. For me, what matters most is lived experience and the direct exploration of reality.

Outside of that, I love exploring life through travel, photography, writing, dancing, teaching, and building community. At heart I’m simply curious about reality and the many ways we can express our inner truth in this world, and am always excited to have new experiences.
