About Me

Hello all. What to say? I'm naturally curious about the world around me and love to know how others perceive life. We're all a part of the bigger picture. It's the connections we make through this life that bring us all together. Live laugh love is my philosophy...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been introduced to Couchsurfing by a few different friends. Its something that Id love to do, either through traveling myself or hosting new friends. I think having a safe and comfortable place to relax and connect with people is essential when traveling. Those connections, those one in a billion hellos that never fade are the spice in life. Meat and potatoe conversations are amazing, and necessary, but it's the connections made through those conversations that make life delicious.... yea, I used a food analogy.... 😉

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music of all kinds. I tend to go through phases of silence and sound. I love sci-fi movies and heartfelt dramas. The last book I read was "may the words of my mouth" by Ronald Moore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed the Matanuska glacier in Alaska.

Teach, Learn, Share

Something is amazing in every eye I see. Learning the history and circumstance behind those eyes, and finding the similarities behind my own, is what draws everyone together. Families are relative....

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good conversation, good food and drink, and an eager ear... I give great hugs too!!! Lol
