I am on Couchsurfing because I want to meet new people who share similar interests with me. I have traveled a lot over my life, and hope to travel a lot more over the next few years, experience many cultures, and stay on many couches. I hosted people when I lived by myself, which was a very rewarding experience, but my living situation is up in the air currently so I can't host at the moment.

I have always listened to rap music but am gaining an appreciation for a more eclectic mix of music. I hope to broaden my taste.
Some of my favorite movies are Gladiator, Pulp Fiction, The Godfather series, Reservoir Dogs, The Departed, and The Usual Suspects. Quentin Tarantino is my favorite director.
I don't read much outside of work for school, but now that I am finishing up with school I would like to start reading some of the classics. Open to recommendations.

Experienced Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro, dove with sharks in South Africa, and visited the Angkor complex (and yes, Angkor Wat itself) in Cambodia.
