Well for starters I am from a small town called Davison, MI and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Media & Information, a specialization in Documentary Filmmaking, and a minor in Journalism. I decided to take to the road and set on a voyage across America in hopes of making a Documentary with my lovely girlfriend, Carly. The two of us will be spending two months traveling all over the U.S. stopping at various breweries along the way. Our hope is to produce a documentary touching on the economic impact, community impact, and political implications behind craft beer in the United States. Our focus will be on the top ten brew states - you better believe we will be stopping in all of the major cities within these states.

A little bit about the both of us: we met on a study abroad trip in India and immediately hit it off, deciding we shared many interests - the biggest being the fact that we wanted to travel the world together. What a better place to start than right here in the U.S.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing because I am road-tripping across the United States filming a documentary on craft beer. I would like to keep costs as low as possible and meet as many new people along the way.
