Soy Aarón, un argentino que decidió hace unos años recorrer el mundo, conociendo nuevos países, culturas e intercambiando experiencias con personas de todo el mundo. Hace ya dos años que estoy haciendo base en Australia, lo que me permite trabajar a lo largo del país y, con ese dinero, recorrerlo mientras exploro nuevos lugares.

Me llena el alma de alegría mirar hacia atrás y reconocer todas las experiencias que he tenido últimamente. Soy un apasionado por la música, las actividades al aire libre y la naturaleza, lo que me impulsa a seguir sorprendiéndome día a día en cada lugar que visito.

Aunque estoy disfrutando al máximo de esta etapa, mi idea a mediano plazo es volver a ejercer mi profesión como ingeniero industrial, aprovechando todo lo que he aprendido durante mis viajes. Mientras tanto, sigo aprovechando el tiempo que puedo trabajar en Australia para cubrir la mayor parte de mis gastos y seguir explorando el mundo.

I'm Aaron, an Argentinian who decided a few years ago to travel the world, discovering new countries, cultures, and exchanging experiences with people from all walks of life. For the past two years, I've been based in Australia, which allows me to work across the country and use that income to explore new places while traveling.

It fills my heart with joy to look back and recognize all the experiences I've had recently. I'm passionate about music, outdoor activities, and nature, which keep me eager to be surprised by each new day and every place I visit.

Although I'm fully enjoying this phase of my life, my medium-term goal is to return to my profession as an industrial engineer, leveraging everything I've learned during my travels. In the meantime, I'm taking advantage of the time I can work in Australia to cover most of my expenses and continue exploring the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Decidí unirme a la comunidad de Couchsurfing porque actualmente estoy viajando por Europa de vacaciones, recorriendo la mayor cantidad de lugares posible. Considero que es una excelente oportunidad para hacerlo con la ayuda y colaboración de personas dispuestas a hospedarme, lo que me permitirá extender mi estadía al evitar gastos excesivos en alojamiento y, además, conocer a personas locales en los diferentes lugares que visite.

Espero que en el futuro pueda tener el espacio para ofrecer, desde el otro lado, hospedaje a quienes lo necesiten y que, al igual que yo, busquen una experiencia social, un intercambio cultural y, posiblemente, aprender un idioma diferente.

I decided to join the Couchsurfing community because I am currently traveling through Europe on vacation, trying to visit as many places as possible. I see this as a great opportunity to do so with the help and collaboration of people willing to host me, which will allow me to extend my stay by avoiding excessive accommodation costs and, additionally, to meet local people in the different places I visit.

I hope that in the future, I will have the space to offer accommodation from the other side, to those who need it and are looking for a social experience, cultural exchange, and possibly the chance to learn a different language.
