Hi! My name is Aaron, from Grand Rapids, MI. I'm a culinary school grad, currently managing a Belgian-style brewery while working on building my own restaurant. I've traveled the US & North America extensively, but am excited and anxious to push my boundaries overseas :) I love cooking, music, cars, kayaking, playing the piano, and of course, traveling.

I'm a sucker for soulful, "just smoked 15 cigarettes" music artists. Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone, Sam Cooke, Paloma Faith, Norah Jones, even into Adele, Ben Folds, Fantasia, Robyn, John Legend, and Leela James.

Admittedly I'm not a huge movie buff, though some favorites have been The Italian Job, Toy Story, Harry Potter, and I'm forgetting the majority of a fairly concise list...
