ABOUT ME

Hi y'all.

I'm originally a New Yorker, a line cook in a kitchen of friends, an outdoor sports junkie from spearfishing to backpacking. I live spontaneously, if something interesting ever comes to mind I pursue it.

I live in San Francisco and work as a data scientist for a big tech company. Who knows where life will lead me in the future, I sure don't nor do I really want to know. The present is good.

PHILOSOPHY

- Never say no to something you haven't done before. Jump in.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted a few inspiring travelers in Cambridge, MA last year and trying to host more now in SF. Recently I traveled through SE Asia for a few months and just love the mindset of travelers, so this is the best way to meet them while not traveling!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Its been great, met some cool Europeans and learned a lot about things that I wouldn't normally look into. But I've only nicked the surface.

兴趣

I'm easily interested and am a spontaneous idealist. I want to do everything. Example, just recently I walked into a fancy SF restaurant, said I'm willing to work in the kitchen for free at nights, the manager laughed and said that's absurd but cool :) And now I know the kitchen grind.

If you're interested in most things computer related, I can answer those questions. I have a few awesome recipes that I'm willing to share, and I can definitely teach you about random tech stuff like drones or putting together a cool light show.
