ABOUT ME

I travel the world teaching movement and self-care practices for people to get better in their body. You can see more about what I do and who I am at Aligntherapy.com and you may quite enjoy the Align Podcast too!

Spent last 2 years mostly livin in a hammock and cruisin north and south america by motorcycle. Been workin on taking advantage of the old "do it while you're young and still can thing" Mainly focused on healing arts rock climbing/surfing and new experiences of all sorts. extremely easy going and not a slob-simple is the only way...

Super intrigued by the workings of the human body and mind. Spend a lot of time reading books in relation to better understanding the human psyche and its relation to the physical body. I love to travel, camp, explore, climb, dance, play music, surf and strive to experience each moment to its fullest potential.
