About Me

I’m a traveler by nature, I'm a musician for inspiration, I'm a writer by right, and a talker by birth. I currently live in Valparaiso, and I have to say, I’ve been in love of this city far too long, even when I haven’t meet all of it. I’m the youngest brother of three, and my brothers are an essential part of my life, as a few friends, and specially my band mates. I’m currently working with a band name Zeal Bound, a new and strange way of electronic music that we like to call “Music of the world”.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel, meet new people and my most favorite: meet new musicians and new music. But I think that the relation with people when is a sharing-sharing thing, no interest between, is the most honest way to make real friends, those that last a lifetime

Interests

Music, strange cultures, bicycles, museums, sunsets, books, coffees and teas (all kind of), old buildings, photography (yet learning), food (especially food), and loooooooong conversations.

Music, Movies, and Books

That’s a hard one, I thing that my most favorite music is the progressive- electronic music, but I also love jazz, Latin-American folklore, especially “chilenas y cuecas”, Boleros, old, very old music, and some classical music.
About the books, I really love the sci-fi stories, like Ray Bradbury or Hugo Correa,
Movies are a really hard one, I love all the movies, all but the ridiculous north American hard core action movies, like “die hard”, God I really hate that movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Go to the Chilean south, backpacking, with only 200 Chilean pesos (like 25 cents) in my pocket.

Teach, Learn, Share

Music most of all, but I also like to speak about everything, politics, religion, philosophy, art, history, travels, and crazy thoughts.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My 3 by 6 meters room, and endless conversation, the mysteries of Valparaiso, and an excellent breakfast (I’m really good making breakfast), besides lots of music.
