ABOUT ME

Ex-ballet dancer. Current accountant. I think those two things give you a sense of how eclectic I can be. Oh yea, I was also in a fraternity in college - figure that!

I'm always looking to try new things and get outside my comfort zone. For example, I never really listened to EDM (besides Daft Punk), until my friend convinced me to go to Electric Zoo (an huge EDM festival with +30,000 people). Needless to say, I loved it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've never surfed before, but have hosted once. I want to host but its difficult to clear it by roommates - living in Manhattan doesn't exactly make it easy! I will try to host in the future when my territorial roommate is away ;-)
I often go to the CS meetup in NY, always a great time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It all started with my good friend Adnan - I think he got started during his semester in the UK. For the few years he lived in Boston, every time I came to visit, I got to meet surfers he was hosting - and they were such great people!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was in Bangladesh for a few weeks with my friend as his family, everytime we went out in public it was like we were celebrities - crazy! When checking out parks and tourist attractions people often followed us around! In one village we stopped in during a road trip, we were the first white people some of them had ever seen.
