Overview
About Me
Graduate student at Johns Hopkins in computational linguistics and natural language processing. Originally from Louisville, now based in Baltimore. Looking to have a few adventures, meet people, and learn things along the way!
My research mainly focuses on machine translation and quantitative sociolinguistics. I'm interested in how people interact on social media, as well as building applications for endangered and low-resource languages.
Outside of work, I love music (playing and listening), art, philosophy, urban exploration, architecture, theater, film, cooking (French, Thai, German, Southern), and language learning.
I play guitar, bass, banjo, and synthesizer.
