About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To conquer this lonely planet and call it my home

ABOUT ME

To me, my travelling experience is akin to my life journey. From the days of travelling with tour groups to self-planned free & easy holidays, I have seen much but felt that there was still something missing in my travels. Now, I hope to be able to meet locals and exchange cultural insights with each other, which is the reason why I've got onto Couchsurfing.2012 has been a blast for me, being able to backpack in New Zealand for 2 months, and explore Central Europe and London for 1.5 months. I'll be studying in London for the next 3 years and I plan to make use of this period to explore Europe to the fullest.I love listening to people's travel stories and also share mine. Feel free to check out my travel experiences and photos at http://www.ateverywhere.net!

PHILOSOPHY

We can't remember all our life experiences by hard. That's why I believe in jotting down my memories, taking photos and putting them up on my travel blog. Many years down the road, I will be able to look through them and reminisce all the wonderful memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoys good fiction, namely those from JK Rowling, Dan Brown, Haruki Murakami, and many more.

Usually listens to pop or R&B, but when I get too bored of them, I turn to classicals. (:

As for movies, mainly sci-fi, thrillers and romance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Hitchhiked two-thirds of my journey throughout New Zealand
- Bungy-jumped 40m down Auckland Harbour Bridge
- Skydived 12,000ft above Lake Taupo
- Completed the 19.4km Tongariro Alpine Crossing across volcanic terrain and "Mount Doom"

Unforgettable scenery:
- Longji Terraced Fields, Guilin, China
- Ninety-Mile Beach & Cape Reinga, New Zealand
- Lake Tekapo, New Zealand
- Queenstown & The Remarkables, New Zealand

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland
