ABOUT ME

Where to start? I'm your average Canuck...armed with a good sense of humour and a layed back personality. I like to have fun and spend time talking with people. Ummm...a bit of a foodie. Nothing beats a home cooked meal and a bottle of red.

I love sports, music (listening and playing) and the outdoors. I want to explore the world, meet people from other places and experience how others live. And maybe in the end, live in another country for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

Be who you are. And while you're at it, have a good meal, a nice wine and surround yourself with some good people and conversation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It started with some friends sharing their stories about CS. Then I was contacted by another CS member to help her look for work in my city. I've surfed a number of times and been to events in many countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Zip-lining in the jungles of Mexico. Swimming at Three Bears in Maui. Snorkeling with sea turtles. Jumping off the Flowerpots in Canada. Balloon over Cappadocia. Walking the Camino de Santiago twice. Teaching 1000 Thai kids English.
