About Me
Hallo.
I'm Aastha, a biomechanical engineer working at a medical device company here in Providence. I've had an interesting academic journey through various universities in India, Germany and the States. I absolutely enjoy being in school, everything from having fabulous textbooks hack at your mind with something new everyday, to sharing a 100% unproductive afternoon with your buddies on the glade sipping Snapple.
I'm very into jazz, indie and classic rock. I devour art films and literature from the 1900s, and enjoy gardening, football and trekking. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and countries, and like marvelling at how drastically different lives can be around the planet, and how wonderful it is that I can be privy to their stories sitting across a coffee table on a Sunday afternoon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to meet new people exploring the area around Providence. I just moved here from Cambridge, and have a gorgeous big studio that I'd love to share with my guests.
