Visiting olive farmers in the West Bank and experiencing their amazing hospitality.
Doing North America's highest bungee jump.
Daily walks together to morning prayer at Al-Aqsa with an older Jewish friend on his way to the Western Wall as he sings Hebrew folk songs echoing the alleyways of the Old City, Jerusalem.
Snorkeling in a crack between the American and Eurasian continents (Silfra, Iceland).
