About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a digital nomad, and these days I'm not really Couchsurfing a lot when abroad, since I work odd hours and I need absolute silence, reliable internet, and have more limited opportunities to socialize, I have gravitated more towards having my own place, and meeting local couch surfers when possible.
I am not a party animal, I wouldn't say I like concerts (besides classical music), and I'm not too fond of crowds. I am more into relaxed evenings, movies, dinner, home cooking, and conversations while having coffee, a beer, or a glass of wine.
I traveled around Europe for most of the 2010s, including a few months cycling from Bulgaria to the UK, first as a backpacker, then as a digital nomad. After the pandemic, I am finding a balance between full-time travel, a full-time job, and a number of side projects.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I stood in front of Jim Morrison's grave eating a broccoli sandwich.
I slept at a bus stop in the suburbs of Sarajevo, alone, with no idea where in the city I was, and without local currency after a bus dropped me there at 2 am.
I was about to check out in a hostel in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, but after a conversation with the person in charge, I got a reception job for 2 of the most fun months of my life.
Drove to a volcano, a lake, the sea, and a forest, all in one day in Costa Rica.
I cycled (mostly) from Sofia to London.
I fished on Galata Bridge, and on the river between Armenia and Turkey.
The Balkans and the Caucasus feel like home, unlike the place I spent my first 30 years of life.
In 2012 I quit my job, sold my stuff, and traveled for years until I had almost no money left. Now I am a digital nomad so I make money for traveling while I am traveling.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some English, Spanish, cooking, and web design, and give you tips on how to live a nomadic life.
I welcome people that can teach me foreign languages or recipes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook, I have stories to share, I clean after myself.
