Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

How do I know about Couchsurfing?

When I was backpacking in Sumatera, Indonesia. I bought one book about backpacking in Europe written by one of the Indonesian writer/indepence traveler. And from her book, I know about the CS and HC!. Thank you so much to her!! Her book really help me a lot during my travel. Her tips and all her experiences. Sorry, I didnt really remember her name.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS meeting?

Yeah, this is really hard to forget. It was one of the best moment of my life. Hhahaha. My first CS gathering was a One Million Strong Celebration in Pavilion KL organized by Kuala Lumpur CS member. All the CSers gathered in front of the Pavilion Entrance and brought the Ipod/Mp3 player or anything with earphone&music. Sharp 8pm, all of us switched on the music (using earphone) and start to dance in front of the entrance. It was a SILENT PARTY/DANCE. There were around 50+ of us!!! It was crazy and awesomeee!!... and we continued our dance along Bukit Bintang road until we reached at Jalan Alor for the dinner. Later we hang out at Pallate Plate for fun!... So, this was my first time ever to join CS gathering. And since then, CS is part of my life now!

Centres d'intérêt

1) EAT
-During my travelling, I love to try new food. But, only vegetables and seafood. NO MEAT please, do not offer me meat especially pork. Do not say I didnt mention to you. No hard feeling though.

2)Taking Photos
-Only cheap digital cameras. No DSLR... hehehe... But I love to snap everything surrounding me for every second.!

3)Dance/Culture
-I love traditional dance. I dont know why, but I really love them watch every minutes of dance performance. Maybe because I am also the traditional dancer at my place. And most of my travelling, I will not missed the cultural show or visiting the cultural village!!

4)Not talking about engineering
-Eventhough I am engineer. I dont like to talk much about engineering. Because it sound boring during my travelling to talk about engineering. There a lot of interesting topics right? hahahah

5) Karaoke
-Eventhough I have very bad voice (who cares). I really like to sing a song!!.. hahha... if my turn to sing a song, just pray not to rain...

6) Club/Nightlife/Dance
-I love clubbing very much. I always hang out until early morning (until 5am also can!) ..hahaha... I love to dance.. I feel very free when I dance at the dance floor event hough I dont have a great move...
