ABOUT ME

I hope I'm not the kind of person who can be summarised in a small box (do those people exist...?) But in basic terms...I'm at university at the moment studying History and Literature, which I absolutely love. I travel at every available opportunity and save most of my student loan for long haul flights. Once I graduate I hope to undertake a Masters in some kind of development or political studies. So I guess you could say I'm interested in the world, people, society, cultural expression... all the fundamentals really!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a student at the moment so I can't host, but fully intend to when I have my own space! So just making the most of couch-surfing while travelling...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only done a little bit of couch surfing so far in Kenya and Tanzania, but I really enjoyed it and valued the opportunity to see a place from a local perspective. I spent 2 months travelling in Australia so I've had enough of the back packer scene... although that's not to say I didn't enjoy it!

Reading (although my degree involves so much reading, I have quite a short attention span at the moment..), live music, good food, scrabble, swimming, hiking, dancing, quiet drinks, camping, coffee....
