ABOUT ME

Early twentysomethings, energetically idealistic but not lacking tact. We've been together for a year and are abundantly in love. Cat people. We're vegan/freegan and health conscious, laid back, open to experience, and always seeking wisdom and knowledge.

(Josh) I love to cook and play guitar. I'm philosophically minded but try not to think too much.

(Abbie) I'm a nerd who has lost her way. I love medicine and neuroscience, but I'm dubious of pharmaceuticals and distracted by ecological and social justice. I always have too many random projects going.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had no couch surfing experience yet, but I (Abbie) have heard really good things about it working at Pisco Sin Fronteras in Peru. We're excited to meet some lovely people!

兴趣

Philosophy, spirituality, sacred geometry, permaculture design, sustainable communities, spinning poi (although we're not that good) mantra, yoga, Kung Fu, rock climbing and someday maybe kayaking.

We want to learn about gardening, keeping chickens, sustainable practices, community building, and how to spin poi! We can maybe teach a little of that too if you're a novice.

(Josh) I can teach guitar and music theory to a point, or maybe you can teach me. I want to learn piano and maybe viola or cello. I'd love to share a game of pool or chess.

(Abbie) I am Jack of all trades and master of none! I could teach some latte art, or how to swim, maybe how to take care of baby bats or roll sushi... I could tell you a little about social democracy, especially in the 3rd world... but mayhaps you could teach me a little more on any of these subjects too! I would love to learn the flying trapeze and some more calculus if you're a pro, or go out kayaking or hiking with you. I also have a sewing machine with a penchant for intimidating me living under my desk.

We'll cook you a tasty dinner!
